Born in Los Angeles, California, Kardashian graduated from the University of Southern California and Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. He began his legal career as an attorney for the Los Angeles County Public Defender's Office.
Friendship with O.J. Simpson
In the early 1990s, Kardashian became friends with O.J. Simpson, a former football player and actor. The two men shared a love of golf and attended social events together. When Simpson became the prime suspect in the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman in 1994, Kardashian immediately offered his support and assistance.
